Administration Assistant (volunteer) position: assists the Administration Assistant and Coordinator at Braille House.

More specifically, this position’s duties would include (but not limited to):

  • Data entry of backlog information into QBWA CRM System
  • Assist with data entry of future information into the QBWA CRM System
  • Audit and bring up to date QBWA Asset Register (Access Database System)
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance of QBWA Asset Register
  • Assist with administration of Marketing initiatives
  • Assist with administration support of our Tutoring, Library, Projects and Transcribing activities
  • General administration duties (eg, ensuring paper in printers, stationery etc)
